On October 6, INVAP S.A.U. held its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The Governor of the Province of R\u00edo Negro, Alberto Weretilneck, and the President of the Argentine National Atomic Energy Commission (CNEA, in Spanish), Mart\u00edn Porro, attended the meeting alongside INVAP\u2019s Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vicente Campenni. Members of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Committee, and General Management were also present.<\/p>\n
The General Meeting of Shareholders approved the financial statements for the company\u2019s 51st Fiscal Year, which ended on June 30, 2026, as well as the distribution of earnings. During that period, the company\u2019s revenue totaled 364.13 billion Argentine pesos from the execution of technology projects across its various business areas, and it recorded a profit of 6.63 billion Argentine pesos after costs were deducted.<\/p>\n

The General Meeting of Shareholders also renewed part of the Board of Directors. Germ\u00e1n Guido Lavalle, Karina Pierpauli, and Gabriel S\u00e1nchez are leaving their positions and will be replaced by Mart\u00edn Eduardo Porro, Ricardo Andr\u00e9s De Dicco, and Milton C\u00e9sar Dumrauf, who will serve the remainder of the current term through the 2027 Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n
