On September 27, 2021, the Regular General Meeting was held. The Financial Statements corresponding to INVAP 46th fiscal year (July 1, 2020 – June 30, 2021) was approved as well as the new appointment of members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Committee due to the expiration of their term.<\/p>\n
The Governor of the Province of R\u00edo Negro, Lic. Arabela Carreras, was present together with the President of the Argentine National Commission of Atomic Energy (CNEA, in Spanish), Dr. Adriana Serquis; members of INVAP Board of Directors: its President, Hugo Albani; the Permanent Directors, Soledad Gonnet, Hugo Brendstrup, Alberto Lamagna and Luis E. Billinger Mancioli; the Permanent Trustee, Aurelia Schepis; and the Trustees Carlos Gardella and Am\u00e9rico Antoniotti; its General Manager, Vicente Campenni; its Deputy General Managers Carlos Montenegro and Marcelo Basigalup; and the Administration and Finance Manager, Ana Cabrera Nicola.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, the Report and Annual Financial Statements corresponding to the 46th Fiscal Year, which ended on June 30, 2021, according to the International Financial Reporting Standards, were approved unanimously. Numbers were adjusted by inflation. The company consolidated sales amounted to $ 9,919 million, 60% of which corresponded to export contracts mainly with the Netherlands, Turkey, Bolivia and India.<\/p>\n
As regards the new appointment of authorities for a three fiscal year period, INVAP Board of Directors was composed as follows: Permanent Directors Lic. Hugo Albani (President of the company) and Lic. Soledad Diana Gonnet (its Vice-President), Dr. Adriana Cristina Serquis, Dr. Ver\u00f3nica Beatriz Garea, Engineer Hugo Brendstrup, Dr. Alberto Leonardo Baruj and Mr. Luis Enrique Billinger Mancioli; and Deputy Directors Lic. Bibiana Raquel Cruz, Lic. Eduardo Francisco Santos, Dr. Alberto Lamagna, Dr. Diego Fabi\u00e1n Hurtado Mendoza and Engineer Christian Oscar Tisot. In that regard, the new appointment of the Supervisory Committee for a three fiscal year period was composed as follows: INVAP Permanent Trustees Dr. Aurelia Patricia Schepis; Certified Public Accountants Carlos Alfredo Gardella and Christian Etchevarne; and Deputy Trustees Dr. Sebasti\u00e1n Arrondo, Certified Public Accountant Yoanna Maribel Garc\u00eda and Dr. Am\u00e9rico Alberto Antoniotti.<\/p>\n
