Li Tieying, Deputy Chairman of the Permanent Committee of the PNC, who was seconded by Eng. Fu Zhihuan, member of the Permanent Committee and Chairman of the Finances and Economy Committee of the PNC. Further components of the delegation were other members of the PNC as well as representants of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and of the Embassy of the PRC in Argentina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">During the visit, the delegation learned about INVAP\u00b4s activities in its different areas of endeavour, and participated in conversations about nuclear, space, medical and industrial technologies.
