On September 22, the Annual Meeting to review the 42nd Fiscal Year of INVAP S.E. (July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017) took place at the company\u2019s headquarters in the city of San Carlos de Bariloche. <\/p>\n
Present at the meeting were the Governor of the Province of R\u00edo Negro, Alberto Weretilneck; the President of the Argentine National Commission of Atomic Energy (CNEA, in Spanish), Osvaldo Calzetta Larrieu; members of the Board of Directors of INVAP; its President, Horacio Augusto Osuna; its Vice-President, Hugo Albani; Permanent Directors N\u00e9stor Pablo Tognetti and Christian Tisot; the permanent trustee, Am\u00e9rico Antoniotti; the General Manager, H\u00e9ctor E. Otheguy; the Deputy General Manager, Vicente Campenni; and the Administration and Finance Manager, Carlos E. Montenegro.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, the Report and the Annual Financial Statements corresponding to the 42nd fiscal year, which ended on June 30, 2017, were approved unanimously.
Besides, it was unanimously decided to allocate the earnings \u2014which amounted to $23 millions\u2014 to the four following purposes: a statutory reserve, the nursing home El Descanso de Jes\u00fas (Jesus\u2019 Rest), a bond for employees, and an optional working capital reserve. Besides, the performance of the Board of Directors\u2019 and the Supervisory Committee\u2019s members during the fiscal year was approved. <\/p>\n
According to the regulations of the National Securities Commission, the external auditor for the next fiscal year (ending June 30, 2018) was appointed. The official certifying accountant will be Public Accountant Esteban Rub\u00e9n Basile, from the company Crowe Horwath International.<\/p>\n
Furthermore, the appointment of Lic. H\u00e9ctor Eduardo Otheguy as new Permanent Director replacing Guillermo Gesualdo, who resigned, was approved, together with the following position changes: Lic. H\u00e9ctor E. Otheguy will occupy the position of President of the Board of Directors replacing Mr. Horacio A. Osuna, who will remain as a Permanent Director.<\/p>\n
