On October 9, 2025, the Shareholders’ Regular General Meeting took place at INVAP S.A.U.’s headquarters in the city of San Carlos de Bariloche.
Alberto Weretilneck, Governor of the Province of Río Negro, and Dr. Germán Guido Lavalle, President of the Argentine National Commission of Atomic Energy (CNEA, in Spanish) were present. The Meeting was presided over by Dr. Vicente Campenni, and was also attended by the members of the company’s Board of Directors and Trustees, together with the General Manager, Engineer Darío Giussi, and the Deputy General Managers, Engineer Marcelo Basigalup and Lic. Ana Cabrera.
As a result, the management of the outgoing members was approved and they were praised for their excellent professional and personal commitment. Subsequently, the new composition of the Board of Directors was defined.
