2025
The Hi-Tech Test Center (CEATSA, in Spanish) was created in 2012 by ARSAT and INVAP as a joint management mechanism for equipment and facilities primarily intended for satellite testing. Since then, the company has been a national leader in this field, providing top-tier services to both the space sector and the industry in general.
In 2021, both companies signed an agreement in which INVAP took over the technical and commercial management of CEATSA, consolidating the operation of these facilities into an agile and efficient model.
In 2024, the partners agreed to move forward to a new stage: dissolving the CEATSA partnership while continuing to operate its equipment and facilities jointly through a specific agreement between ARSAT and INVAP. This decision is based primarily on operational, administrative, and cost optimization criteria, maintaining the commitment of both institutions to providing excellent services.
It is important to emphasize that the dissolution of the company name does not imply any changes to the staff related to the facility or the services provided. Activities will continue to be carried out with the same quality and scope as they have been since the organization’s inception, for the benefit of the space sector and the Argentine industry as a whole.
