2026
On October 6, INVAP S.A.U. held its Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. The Governor of the Province of Río Negro, Alberto Weretilneck, and the President of the Argentine National Atomic Energy Commission (CNEA, in Spanish), Martín Porro, attended the meeting alongside INVAP’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vicente Campenni. Members of the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Committee, and General Management were also present.
The General Meeting of Shareholders approved the financial statements for the company’s 51st Fiscal Year, which ended on June 30, 2026, as well as the distribution of earnings. During that period, the company’s revenue totaled 364.13 billion Argentine pesos from the execution of technology projects across its various business areas, and it recorded a profit of 6.63 billion Argentine pesos after costs were deducted.

The General Meeting of Shareholders also renewed part of the Board of Directors. Germán Guido Lavalle, Karina Pierpauli, and Gabriel Sánchez are leaving their positions and will be replaced by Martín Eduardo Porro, Ricardo Andrés De Dicco, and Milton César Dumrauf, who will serve the remainder of the current term through the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
Finally, it was decided that the company’s capital would be increased to 100 billion Argentine pesos to reflect the impact of inflation in recent years. This will bring the company’s share capital in line with its current level of activity, without requiring any additional capital contributions from the shareholders. As INVAP’s sole shareholder, the Province of Río Negro will receive a new share certificate representing all of the company’s shares. To reflect this change, Article 4 of the company’s Bylaws was amended, only with respect to the amount of share capital.
