Interviews
Interviews are conducted online or in person and led by people in the field in which you are applying for as well as those from the People & Organization department.

Suggestions to consider before the interview:

  • Reflect on your experiences: you will be asked about your achievements, training, education, hobbies, interests, family, etc.
  • Get to know INVAP and prepare questions you would like to ask.

Work proposal
Once you have gone through the interview, those involved in the hiring process will review the applicants and select the best fit for the position. If you are chosen to move forward, a member of the People & Organization team will contact you with a formal invitation. In the case you are not selected for the applied position, you will also hear from us.

Induction
If you decide to accept this new challenge, together we will decide a start date for your position. Once you begin, we will accompany you in these exciting new steps with the company.

How do I apply for a job I’m interested in?

Click on the “Employment Opportunities” section on the website, choose the job you are interested in, click on “Apply for this job”. This will take you to a page where you fill out your information and upload your resume.

How long is the selection process?

Usually the selection process lasts about two months, though timing may vary depending on the availability of the individuals involved and the urgency of the job.

What kind of questions will I be asked in the interview?

Normally we ask open-ended questions to get an insight on your work experience, educational background, and career expectations. We are interested in learning how you handle certain situations so you can expect us to ask detailed questions about your leadership experiences.

What happens if I live in another state/province or country?

We can arrange a virtual interview through videoconferencing from one of our technical offices or a videochat.

How do I find out if I have been selected?

We contact all applicants regardless of the results. If you were not selected for a position, we will send you an email. If you were selected, we will give you a call.

If I was not selected, can I apply again?
