The Argentine Association of Metallurgical Industrialists (ADIMRA, in Spanish); the Argentine companies AESA, CONUAR S.A., FAE S.A., INVAP S.E. and Nuclearis S.A.; and the Argentine National Commission of Atomic Energy (CNEA, in Spanish) were present at the Argentine pavilion of the 2018 World Nuclear Exhibition (WNE), the most important world meeting of the nuclear energy industry, that took place from June 26 to 28 in Paris, France. 

The third edition of the WNE 2018 international meeting was attended by companies and organizations from the world’s nuclear energy field on an area of 25,350 m². With an estimated attendance of over 20,000 visitors, WNE 2018 stands out as the meeting point for the global nuclear industry giving the participants the opportunity to be acquainted with new technologies, innovations and research programs presented there.

The exhibition gives the nuclear industry a privileged place to facilitate the exchange of technology, stimulate trade between nations involved in the nuclear field and encourage their cooperation. The event covers the whole field of nuclear energy and includes roundtables, business seminars and high-level panel discussions. More than a dozen countries participated in the meeting. The Argentine pavilion brought together companies and organizations such as ADIMRA, AESA, CONUAR S.A., FAE S.A., CNEA, INVAP and Nuclearis S.A. 

During the 2018 WNE, the Argentine delegation visited and held meetings with representatives of the nuclear industry of all over the world interested in being briefed about the nuclear industry value chain of our country.
