The Bariloche Referral Center of the National Social Development Ministry invites to the First Meeting of Social Responsibility and the Second Meeting of Businessmen and Social Economy Entrepreneurs. The purpose is to share a space of reflection on inclusive strategies to enhance local development.
The meeting is organized jointly by the Patagonian Forum of Corporate Social Responsibility, the Economic Development Secretary of Bariloche, the “Norte-Sur” association, OSDE, INVAP and the National University of Río Negro (UNRN). It represents a great opportunity to Exchange national and local experiences in order to promote cooperation and articulation among the different social actors, as well as business alliances to enhance “buy-local” strategies and insertion of family entrepreneurs value chains.
In this sense, in August 2012, the National Social Development Ministry signed an agreement with the Ministry of Tourism and FEHGRA (Chamber of hotel and gastronomic business) to implement promotional, encouraging and supportive actions for social businessmen and entrepreneurs at a national level.
The inclusion of Social responsibility in local corporations and institutions, taking into consideration both the environmental and the social aspects, will not only result in a sustainable city and sustainable tourism but will also allow a better life quality for the whole society.
