INVAP signed a cooperation agreement today with the Provincial Institute of Public Administration (IPAP, in Spanish) in an official ceremony presided over by INVAP’s General Manager, Engineer Darío Giussi, together with the Governor of the Province of Río Negro, Alberto Weretilneck.
The agreement was also signed by the IPAP President, Juana Benítez, and INVAP’s Manager of People and Organization, Lic. Natalia Silfenni.
The purpose of the agreement is to jointly develop training programs, technical assistance, and projects related to scientific and technological knowledge, with a focus on strengthening human capital and developing capabilities in the province’s strategic sectors.
In this context, the IPAP will be in charge of the academic coordination and operational implementation of the initiatives, which may be carried out through specific agreements aimed at practical training, including supervised professional practice and educational internships for students.
The initiative envisions a joint work agenda that integrates training, applied knowledge, and productive development, creating an environment where capabilities translate into concrete solutions and opportunities for growth.
Marking its 50th anniversary, INVAP continues to strengthen a development model based on coordination between the public sector, academia, and the technology industry, fostering the creation of skilled employment and reinforcing the communities where it operates.
