INVAP published its second Report on Sustainability –in accordance with the international standards– in order to offer information as regards its financial, social and environmental performance during the fiscal year July 2012/June 2013. The report only comprises the operations of INVAP S.E. (Argentine state-owned Applied Research Company) in Argentina.
From its beginning INVAP has stuck to principles and values focused on social and environmental aspects, which contribute actively to achieve excellence in developing technological projects that enhance the quality of life of people and their communities and generate genuine sources of employment in the country.
In 2004, INVAP joined the United Nations Global Compact, thus officially adopting a sustainability transverse investment strategy that involves the entire organization, and promoting permanent performance improvement. In 2012, it was decided to present the Sustainability Report annually.
